Safety Policy
This policy outlines our commitment to the health and safety of our clients and staff at Bon.Elease Luxury Beauty and Wellness. Our goal is to provide a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for all our services.

Staff Training and Hygiene - All staff members are trained in health and safety procedures, including proper hygiene practices. Regular hand washing and use of sanitizers are mandatory for all staff members, especially before and after each client interaction.
Cleanliness and Sanitation - Treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each client session. Common areas, including the non-alcoholic bar and waiting areas, are cleaned multiple times throughout the day. All linens and towels are washed and replaced after each use.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Staff members will wear appropriate PPE, such as face masks and gloves, during treatments as required by health guidelines. Clients are encouraged to wear face masks in common areas, especially if mandated by local health regulations.
Client Health Screening - Clients are required to complete a health screening questionnaire prior to receiving any treatment, focusing on recent travel, exposure to COVID-19, and current health conditions. Temperature checks may be conducted upon arrival.
Oxygen Therapy Specific Guidelines - Equipment used for oxygen therapy is sanitized thoroughly between uses. Clients are briefed on the safe use of oxygen therapy equipment before the session.
Handling of Products and Equipment - All beauty and wellness products are handled with utmost care, using sanitary methods to prevent contamination. Equipment and tools are sterilized regularly according to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
Client Health and Safety Instructions -Clients are provided with clear instructions on how to safely use our facilities, including the non-alcoholic bar and wellness areas. Safety guidelines are displayed prominently in relevant areas.
Reporting Illness and Incidents - Clients are asked to reschedule their appointments if they feel unwell or show symptoms of contagious illnesses. Any incidents or accidents occurring within the spa premises should be reported immediately to the staff.
Emergency Procedures - The spa has clear procedures for handling emergencies, including medical situations, fires, and other urgent scenarios.
