Product Quality Guarantee:
   - We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are checked for quality before sale.

Return Eligibility:
   - Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Refunds for Products:
   - Eligible returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.
   - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the return.

Exchanges:
   - If a product is faulty or not as described, we will exchange it for the same item, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:
   - Certain items may not be returnable due to hygiene and health standards, including opened skincare products.

Online Purchases:
   - For products purchased online, the client is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or not as described.
