Refund and Service Satisfaction Policy

Commitment to Satisfaction:
At Bon.Elease Luxury Beauty and Wellness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Feedback and Complaints:
   - We welcome feedback. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
   - Complaints should be made within 24 hours of the service. Please contact us via phone, email, or in person.

Rectification of Services:
   - If a service does not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to rectify the situation. This may include offering a corrective service at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility:
   - Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
   - Refunds are generally processed as service credits for future appointments.

Monetary Refunds:
   - Monetary refunds, when deemed appropriate, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Limitations:
   - Services complaints received after 24 hours may be less likely to qualify for refunds or credits.
   - Refunds do not cover change of mind or dissatisfaction based on personal taste.

Modifications to Policy:
   - This policy may be revised periodically. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
