Covid 19 Safety Policy
This policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment at Bon.Elease Luxury Beauty and Wellness during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Symptom Monitoring:
- Staff and clients exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) should not enter the spa. We ask clients to reschedule their appointments if they feel unwell.

Face Masks and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- All staff members are required to wear face masks and other appropriate PPE during their shifts.
- Clients are encouraged to wear face masks in common areas, especially where social distancing is difficult.

Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization:
- We have increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning, focusing on high-touch areas like door handles, counters, treatment rooms, and bathroom facilities.
- Treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between each client.

Hand Hygiene:
- Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the spa.
- Clients and staff are encouraged to wash their hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Social Distancing Measures:
- We have adjusted our appointment scheduling to reduce the number of clients in the spa at any one time.
- Seating in waiting areas has been rearranged to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between clients.

Ventilation:
- We ensure adequate ventilation in all areas of the spa to reduce the risk of airborne transmission.

Client Pre-Screening:
- Clients may be required to complete a brief health questionnaire and temperature check upon arrival.

Staff Training and Wellness Checks:
- Our staff have received training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.
- Staff undergo regular wellness checks, including temperature screenings.

Service Modifications:
- Some services may be modified or temporarily unavailable to comply with health guidelines.

Client Responsibilities:
- We ask our clients to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions regarding COVID-19 safety measures.

Policy Updates:
- Our COVID-19 Safety Policy will be updated as necessary in response to evolving guidelines from health authorities.

Communication:
- We will keep our clients informed of any changes to our policies and procedures through our website, email, and social media channels.
