Appointment Policy
This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments at Bon.Elease Luxury Beauty and Wellness to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Booking Appointments- Appointments can be made via phone, email, our website, or in person at our spa. A credit card number or deposit may be required to secure certain types of appointments, especially for longer sessions or special packages.
Appointment Confirmation - We will send an appointment confirmation via email or SMS. Please verify the date and time to ensure accuracy. A reminder will also be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
Rescheduling and Cancellation - Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. For cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the client's account.
No-Show Policy - Failing to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require pre-payment for future services or may result in refusal of service.
Late Arrival- Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, in order to not inconvenience other clients. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Late arrival of more than 15 minutes without notification may be considered a no-show.
Oxygen Therapy and Special Services - Due to the unique preparation required, appointments involving oxygen therapy or services at our non-alcoholic bar require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice for these services will incur a 50% fee of the reserved service cost.
Payment- Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods.
Refunds and Adjustments- If a service is unsatisfactory, please let us know immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and primarily offered as service credits.
Modifications to Policy- Bon.Elease Luxury Beauty and Wellness reserves the right to modify this Appointment Policy. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Acknowledgment - By booking an appointment, clients agree to abide by this Appointment Policy.
